The prison administrator shall make provision for the prisoner to make a complaint or complaint individually or collectively regarding the harm suffered by him.
(2) During the inspection according to section 42, 43 or 44, the prisoner may make a complaint or complain to the officer conducting the inspection in relation to the incident.
(3) If a complaint or complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), the prison administrator shall investigate the matter as soon as possible and take necessary action regarding such complaint or complaint.
(4) The inspecting officer shall send the subject of the complaint or complaint under sub-section (3) to the relevant agency or authority.
(5) In relation to complaints or complaints received under sub-section (4), the relevant agency or officer shall take necessary action and inform the same to the inspecting officer.
